No, I'm NOT talking about a cleanse, or a diet, or a crazy workout regimen, I'm talking about a MENTAL reboot! Yep, we get super stuck in our habits, in our thought loops, our repetitive behaviors and beliefs. It's not our fault, that's how our brain likes it! But periodically we need to run a diagnostic check on our brain. Is what we're doing working? Is what we're thinking actually helping us? What should we keep doing and what should we stop doing?
