How To Stop Eating When Food Just Tastes So Good!
It tastes so good I just want more!
And then you have more and more and more. Why does it seem like, when food tastes so good, I have such a hard time stopping and other people don't? Do they have some sort of super power that I don't have?
If you've asked those questions, you're far from alone. Control around food is a skill that you can learn, but it takes the right tools, and a lot of practice. That's why I'm here!
In this episode you'll learn my top 3 tips (plus 1 bonus tip) to help you STOP eating, even when food is really good, even when you haven't been able to in the past. Super simple shifts to make, but super powerful and will put YOU back in control of your thoughts and actions.
